THERAPY & EVALUATIONS

Pediatric Services

EVALUATIONS

Our services begin with an evaluation to develop a comprehensive picture of your child's skills, strengths, and challenges. Evaluations consist of parent interviews, a speech-language sample, observation of parent-child interactions, standardized assessments, and play-based activities with the therapist. Following the evaluation, we review the results and collaborate to develop a treatment plan with individualized goals.

SPEECH THERAPY for STUTTERING

We will tailor our approach to your child's individual needs to help them:

  • Learn fluency techniques, such as slow and controlled speech, easy onset, and light articulatory contacts

  • Manage feelings of frustration or anxiety related to speaking

  • Communicate freely and confidently at home, school, and in the community
